اعجاب الناس، زيه زي انتقادهم، ممكن يكون ليه تأثير خطير علي الواحد ، لو ما اخدش باله انه مايبنيش سعادته او تعاسته عليهم (انهم مايوصلوش للايجو بتاعه)!

خلي بالك ان الايجو بتاعك مايلعبش العابه عليك و تبني لنفسك هويه من كلام الناس عنك ....و حتلاقي حياتك بقت اسعد كتير! #منير_الشاذلي

On acceptance

"تَقبُّل الاخر مش معناه انك شايفه صح (او غلط)، ولا معناه انك حتمشي ورا افكاره! إنما معناه انك قدرت تشوف ابعد من حُكمك بالصح و الغلط و تتقبل الشخص اللي قدامك زي ما هو، و تتقبل حريته في أن يكون ليه أفكاره المناسبه ليه (اللي ممكن ماتكونش مناسبه ليك).

ناس قليله قوي بتعرف تعمل كده.... بس الناس دي سعيده في علاقاتها... و كمان محبوبين من الناس التانيه!

#Acceptance doesn't mean the other person is right (or wrong), not that it means you agree to the other person's opinion... acceptance means you decided to see beyond your judgement of right and wrong and accept the human beings in front of you as they are!

Few people could do that... but those people are much happier in their #relationships and are generally more loved by others!

Your understanding !

ساعات كثير بنرفض حاجات في الحياه، (او بنخاف منها) ، علشان مش فاهمينها!

بس في الحقيقه ان فهمنا ليها،( رغم انه ساعات بيساعد في تقبّلها) ، الا انه مش حيغيّر الحاجات اللي حصلت او اللي ماحصلتش !

حكمة ربنا اكبر من استيعاب عقلنا البشري....

الحاجات اللي لينا فيها اختيار... ممكن ناخد فيها القرار اللي احنا شايفين و حاسّين انه صح (و نحترم قرارات الناس التانيه اللي ممكن تكون مخالفه لينا) ....

و الحاجات اللي مالناش فيها اختيار.... محتاجين نتعلم نتقبلها من غير مراره....

و ساعتها حنلاقي قدرتنا علي فهمها و فهم الحكمه منها اكثر بكثير!

و حتي لو مافهمناش في الآخر... حنبقي حاسّين بسلام نفسي اكتر ! #منير_الشاذلي

We sometimes think we should understand everything...

But our understanding doesn't change the fact that some things happened.. or not...

If it is within your hand...make the choice that feels right to you ( and respect other people's choices if they are different than yours!) ...

If it is not within your hand... learn to accept...
