لو معندكش وقت لنفسك، يبقي اكيد ماعندكش وقت تستمتع بالحياه!

و لو ماعندكش وقت تستمتع بالحياه، يبقي كل اللي حتشوفه في #الحياه هو المشاكل اللي فيها!

#الميديتيشن (ممارسة #التأمل) مش بس بيساعد علي التعامل مع ضغوط الحياه، كمان بيساعد علي رفع درجة وعيك ...

و لما الوعي بيزيد، النظره للحياه بتتغير ...

و ساعتها ، حياتك اللي ممكن تكون مضايقاك دلوقتي،(بما فيها الحاجات اللي ممكن تكون مخوفاك او عاملالك توتر)، هي نفسها حياتك اللي ممكن تبقي مستمتع بيها بعد كده!. #منير_الشاذلي

The base of action is "rest"!. You can't afford not to have time for yourself.

Not only does #meditation help reducing your stress level, it also works on raising your awareness level... and when your awareness rises, your perception changes, so you don't see your #life in the same way anymore!.

Meditate, and eliminate your suffering!

عن الموت و النهايات !

الموت هو لقاء في مكان آخر.

بذرة الإنسان تنغمس في الأرض،

المركب تغيب عن نظرك و انت علي الشاطئ، لتظهر علي الفور للناظرين في شاطئ آخر!

الموت مش عكس الحياه .. الموت هو عكس الميلاد ...

النهايات و البدايات ...

هم دوره صغيره من الرحله الكبيره ... اللي اسمها الحياه

كل نهايه حتي لو كانت مؤلمه، معناها فيه بدايه جديدة ( و مختلفه) في انتظارك!. #منير_الشاذلي

On endings!
