On inner peace !

من خلال كل السنين اللي اتعلمت فيها و اللي اشتغلت فيها في مجال العلاج النفسي و الكوتشينج، عمري ماشوفت حد وصل لسلام مع نفسه او مع الحياه و هو عنده غضب كبير ناحية ابوه و امه!

و مش مهم ابوه و امه كانوا اهل مثاليين او كان عندهم مشاكل...

و مش مهم همَّ عايشين او ميتين...

و لا مهم انهم يتغيروا... او يغيروا طريقة معاملتهم ....

المهم أن الشخص نظرته ليهم تتغير ... علشان شعوره ناحيتهم يتغير ( و قلبه يفتح ليهم اكتر) !

لأن من غير سلام نفسي مع الاب و الام... مفيش سلام نفسي ممكن يستمر معانا ناحية الحياه... #منير_الشاذلي

And they don't need to come and change the way they treat you ...

what matters is how you feel about them!.

معظم الناس بتدوَر علي الحقيقه ،

حقيقة نفسها...حقيقة الناس اللي حواليها...

حقيقة #الدنيا ..و دورنا فيها!

و طبعا السؤال ده مش حينفع يتجاوب عليه هنا ... بس الخطوه الاولي لمعرفة الحقيقه هي أن الواحد يبطّل يمسك في معتقداته و آرائه... و يشوفها هي الصح ..او هي الحقيقه المطلقه !

لأن آرائنا و معتقداتنا الصارمه (اللي لا تقبل النقاش) هي اللي في معظم الأحيان بتخلينا مانشوفش الحقيقه! #منير_الشاذلي

How to know God!
