Shamanic blessing

"أنا بأعفي اي حد اختاره شريك لحياتي

من مهمة أنه يكملني.

و بأعفي امي و ابويا،

من اي شعور بأنهم فشلوا معايا.

و بأعفوا أولادي

من أنهم يخلوني "فخور بيهم"،

علشان يعرفوا يعيشوا حياتهم ،

زي ما هما عايزين (مش زي ما انا عايزهم).

انا مافيش حاجه ناقصاني...

أنا بأحترم و بأقدّر نفسي ،

و طريقتي في التعبير عن نفسي ،

حتى لو مش كل الناس فهمتني.

و بأتعلم من كل الناس (و الكائنات) ، في كل وقت.

و بأحترم ربنا (و حكمته)

و شايفه جوايا ... و جواك (في حياتي و في حياتك)."
