لما تحس بالذنب ..او تحس انك خجلان من نفسك، أو تحس علي طول انك ضعيف و انت قاعد مع ناس انت رايحلهم علشان يساعدوك (معلمين .شيوخ، معالجين نفسيين او مدربين حياه او حتي اصدقاء) ، ده دلاله علي أنهم مش حيساعدوك قوي! الشخص اللي حيساعدك بجد هو شخص حيعلمك تحب نفسك، تحترمها وتقدرها... و تعرف تشوف الجمال اللي جواك...و تسمع صوت روحك و تقرب منها!
