I was asked by several people before to comment on the issue of what’s often referred to as “attachment disorder” in modern day psychology- Which simply means to run away whenever you feel getting closer to someone, or to always have fears of abandonment. and here are my findings of occurrences that might trigger that : 1- Attachment insecurity due to one of more of their parent’s emotional unavailability (or limited availability) due to personal traumatic experience (or family entanglement of their own) 2- A temporary (or permanent) early separation from the mother (or father) – which results in what’s often called “interrupted reaching out movement” 3- A child’s lack of early bonding due to lengthy (or serious) illness or death of a parent (or because the child has been given up for adoption or foster care)

Can this be treated by holistic coaching or by therapy…the answer is yes! #Monir_El_Shazly
